Worst online retailer I have dealt with when it comes to returns. Sent back an item (which I needed express shipping on but didn’t even arrive within that timeframe) over 3 weeks ago using their drop2shop facility and no sign of my refund.
I have contacted customer support and twice in the last week I’ve been asked to provide proof of my return, which I have done now sending pictures of the returns label, the tracking number and the email confirmation of the return on both occasions and yet no where closer to getting my refund. Issue appears to be with the returns facilitator but this shouldn’t be impacting on the consumer. Won’t shop online here again.
