So, ordered a size 6 UK. Received a size 14 UK. Wrote to them, and asked for a size 6. Returned incorrect item (paying 15 euros in postal charges). Been a good person and NOT asked for a refund on the postal charges.
THEN received size 14UK AGAIN (for the second time, after I specifically told them I NEED A size 6 UK)!!!!!
GUESS what will happen next- I will AGAIN have to return this, and hopefully I won't have to pay 15 euros to send this back, which was (60 euros btw)- so that I won't pay 90 euros in total, and getting 60 back from them.
What a joke????
