Trousers measured 4.6” larger than size chart. Should have been 27.6” measured over 31””.
Dress armholes 1/2” larger one size.
Trousers were on Black Friday, but now full price . K M won’t do a straight exchange.
Impossible to get a result. Resolver have made contact with them but same old thing.
Worst customer service ever. Owned by BooHoo now. They certainly make you BooHoo😡
