I agree with the other comments in relation to Karen Millen returns. I have yet to receive a refund without having to contact customer services with my proof of return.
Usually they dont even entertain it until the 21 days have gone by. Its just an excuse to try to not refund returns and hope we forget about it. I was told in July 23 when i enquired about a refund that it can take up to 29 days for a return to be refunded.
