Dollar Store quality for very high prices. When I saw what was delivered I returned the items immediately. Kawaii pen shop doesn’t cover return shipping cost. After returning the items back to their Hong Kong address the package came back to my US address. Either they gave me a wrong address or refused the return shipment. After reaching out to customer service I got a rude response and was told they „do not accept responsibility“ and that’s that. So sad. I thought I had discovered a cute shop. Don’t recommend!
