“I bought a pen from here costing me around £17 which I didn’t mind as they had an offer at the time to receive a mystery gift with this worth up to £50 the gift and pen arrived and all items were seriously low quality and worthless. I asked for my money back on 11th January and after over 14 emails back and forth sending them pictures, asking for a reply they have just ignored me always saying ‘they will pass on to a senior supervisor and get back to me within 3 working days’ I keep chasing them up and then they don’t respond at all. Disgusting customer service they are a scam company.”
“Dollar Store quality for very high prices. When I saw what was delivered I returned the items immediately. Kawaii pen shop doesn’t cover return shipping cost. After returning the items back to their Hong Kong address the package came back to my US address. Either they gave me a wrong address or refused the return shipment. After reaching out to customer service I got a rude response and was told they „do not accept responsibility“ and that’s that. So sad. I thought I had discovered a cute shop. Don’t recommend!”
“Shipment was on time first it mentions someone from Hong Kong then you again receive bill from postage.
All product very cheap material. I ordered back pack after couple of use all the parts came apart and back pack smells of chemical. Basically plastic back pack.”
