I bought a pen from here costing me around £17 which I didn’t mind as they had an offer at the time to receive a mystery gift with this worth up to £50 the gift and pen arrived and all items were seriously low quality and worthless. I asked for my money back on 11th January and after over 14 emails back and forth sending them pictures, asking for a reply they have just ignored me always saying ‘they will pass on to a senior supervisor and get back to me within 3 working days’ I keep chasing them up and then they don’t respond at all. Disgusting customer service they are a scam company.
