Excellent customer service. Within about 10 mins of placing my order I was contacted by a staff member who advised that the warehouse didn't have sufficient supply of the particular year vintage I sought, and would I mind the following year. I agreed, and the order was packed and dispatched within an hour. Even though I live in a regional area so generally expect delays, I received the package within 48 hours.
