I was happy with the the KSC's service as the goods themselves and the price were fine but the courier company used by KSC dumped the heavy box at the entrance to my building as opposed to coming virtually 10 more metres and putting it outside my flat door. I had an injured knee and deliberately had ordered this delivery to avoid putting undue strain on it but it all came to nought as I had to pick the very heavy box up and carry it so my knee wasn't happy at all. Very poor service by the courier company.
