I ordered a bottle of Seedlip Spice 94. The website charged me without me realising it had been finalised so I reordered. I emailed immediately to advise of the double order. I received the order twice though both bottles were posted in the one box. When I called the next day the customer service person offered to refund the second postage that had been charged. No mention of the extra $50 I'd spent or how to return the extra bottle. Not happy. Shouldn't the system be able to identify if orders double up?
