This company is an absolute scam! I purchased a Steam key from them, only to find out it was already redeemed. When I reported the issue, they demanded sensitive information from my Steam account, including screenshots that could compromise my account's security. This is completely unacceptable and feels like an attempt to dodge responsibility rather than resolve the problem. Why should I risk my account being hacked because they sold me a faulty product?
