KIWI.COM charged your credit cards after you make a purchase on airline tickets. They, then buy your tickets using THEIR CREDIT CARDS. For this reason, when Covid hit, the airlines refunded the cost to you, but you dont know it bc the money went back to KIWI.COM credit cards instead of yours ( see!! they purposely do that for a reason to steal the customers' money whenever they have the oportunity !!!).
This KIWI.COM IS A SCAMER. I dont understand why hasnt anyone caught them yet. They should be in jail for stealing people' money ( including mine). I hope, Karma is going to visit them soon.
I called the airline myself to find out the refunds were already done months ago, but can not talk to anyone from KIWI.COM. they charged me 24.00 extra saying if i wanted to have my claim priopritized when I called in Aug/2020.
It is shameful and disgusting that KIWI.COM take advantage of their customers during the pandemic to steal their money. It is unethical, unlawful and disgraceful.
I file a complaint to US Department of Transportation ( Aviation Customer Protection Dept). I hope people read my review and would do the same. If we have enough people report this situation, hopefully, sooner or later, this KIWI.COM will be brought to justice.
