Exactly the same as every other review.
Booked flights for some of my staff during pandemic. All cancelled - since applying for a claim I have so far received £140 out of £1,300.
Kiwi.com blame the airlines and then try to justify the fact that they do not use your payment method nor your contact information when they book the flights for you - seems strange that the airlines let them do this in the first place to be honest. If I was an airline I would want to know the contact details of all the people on the plane and know I can communicate with them regardless of which agent the used. Anyway.
Suffice to say Ryanair and Easyjet cannot access the bookings made with them via kiwi.com by me because they do not know who I am as they use their own credit cards and emails when making bookings on my behalf - to be honest it's a good scam which has taken something like this pandemic to highlight it.
Rest assured contact from Kiwi.com will basically say - thanks for your patience we are waiting to receive refunds from the airlines. Yet if you booked direct with the airline you would at least have credit by now in most cases. Online Travel Agent Highwaymen/women ... anagram of Csntu. Will never use again
