BEWARE! I have been waiting 9 months for a refund of more than $4,500 from this company. My flights were cancelled by each airline due to COVID. I requested a refund waited 3 months and received nothing so I submitted a chargeback request that was later ruled that because I signed their terms and conditions, I will have to work with Kiwi.com for my refund. I then contacted both airlines. Norwegian said they sent a full refund to Kiwi in June and Aegean Air sent vouchers in June 2020 as well. Because I used a 3rd party the airline can not refund me direct. They tell me to talk to Kiwi.com and Kiwi.com continues delaying this refund. I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE FROM USING KIWI.COM. 9 MONTHS IS A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF TIME TO WAIT FOR THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY. I am one of hundreds or thousands of people that they are defrauding and keeping our money. Do you research and do not use Kiwi.com. Save yourself the headache.
