5 month ago I traveled to Mexico, I had to pay my bag because you guys didn't updated my reservation which my baggage was included ( because I paid for it when booked my flight ) SO it was your mistake!
Off course I opened the claim for my refund!
This was on October 10th, its been 5 moths and you guys still telling me that you need more time to refund!!!
It was you fault, NOT mine , we are talking about 70€ not a thousand....
This is pathetic 😒🙄!
