By far the worst agency that I ever used. I booked my trip with their service, and I did not receive any reservation number that refers to the flight company. Besides that, there was a change in one of my flights and as soon as I saw that I tried to contact the agency, which was impossible to do it! I tried the webchat, and the call center. The chat they only answered me in the day that my flight was supposed to happen at 5 a.m. – which is completely ridiculous -, the call center I could just not reach any person there, since I only got the message ‘your booking number doesn’t exist’. Everything with this agency looks like a big scam, and if not, their care with the costumers is less than zero! It is a waste of time and money, besides a lot of stress and frustration to cancel a trip!!!
