If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Not only do they change my flights and their times constantly, they issued a refund for a flight and didn’t give me any of the money. I found this out from the actual airline representative themselves rather than the numerous unhelpful kiwi representatives. It’s a waste of your money, a huge headache, and contributed to my stress in the worst way possible. All I wanted was a reliable, affordable booking and what I got was extremely unhelpful travel agents who only read from scripts, suspicious activity on my account, and last minute flight changes…. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will never be booking with this company again due to the constant headache they have caused me and their inability to take accountability for the travel disruptions.
While on my trip, my return flight got canceled. Kiwi offered alternatives but from the WRONG DATES and from the WRONG DESTINATION. When I called to be given proper alternatives, they told me there was nothing they could do and I should just apply for a refund. However, they “do not do partial cancellations or refunds” meaning I would have to cancel MY WHOLE TRIP and rebook ALL OVER AGAIN. Keep in mind, I booked this trip at least 5 months in advance.
Worst travel experience of my life.
