Horrible experience when they decided to cancel my reservation only 2 days before the flight. They confirmed the booking a month before. It included luggage. They emailed me a week before the flight telling me, I had to pay for luggage at the airport due to an error on their part and they would refund me. When I asked for the confirmation number to check-in, they said they would send it to me. Instead, I get an automated message that the reservation was canceled. I looked online and the flight was still available with at least 10 seats. They would not restore it despite many attempts on their customer service line.
