We booked flights that were confirmed, received email that they had to change our flights, but similar so no big deal. Get notice a few days later that those flights weren't available so we could pay $300 for a change or get partial refund. No customer service number to call so we accepted the extra fee...big mistake. Two weeks later just got another message that the flight is no longer available and that we have to pay $600 upgrade. What kind of scam is this? I thought Kiwi was legit company originally....NOPE, stay away, don't risk your money. Look....they literally have no customer service help line unless you are currently traveling. I can't even express how much I hate Kiwi and how miserable they've made me feel about this trip, before I've even left!
