I booked a flight to go back home in the middle of December from Colombia to Spain and the Airlines did not let me travel. I had the PCR and the Vaccine and they said It wasn't Enough to travel so they told me I was in tittle for refund and when Spirits airlines went to refund it was not my card in the system it was KIWI.com Card details. So they said they will refund to KIWI.com and after to me. And also the other Airline ( Iberia ) told me the same. already 5 months and I never get any refund so I contacted my bank and they said KIWI.COM said they did not refund the money to me because I was not in the airport and I missed the Flight. This is not HOnest company they Still me £553!
