Terrible company. Stay far far away…book direct. You can’t add luggage onto your flight unless it’s 36 hours in advance. Book seats next to each other and upon check in we are on opposite sides of the plane. I personally have never heard of that. I reached out to them numerous times and they avoid you. Thank goodness I booked it with my Amex. I canceled it and Amex refunded me and I booked direct. I hope you go out of business soon.
