One of the worst phone customer experiences I've had in my entire life. Lack of communication between Kiwi.com and airlines so if you need to make a change on your trip, I'd suggest contacting the airline directly (even though most likely you won't able to because Kiwi withholds information). Nothing gets done on Kiwi.com's end and they don't provide the information you need to make the change with the airline. The chat support takes hours for a response, and the phone support agents have zero information they can provide and goes in circles with you. After 4+ phone calls with some going over an hour, nothing was resolved. False promises were made by staff saying issues would be GUARANTEED to be resolved yet they weren't. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone.
