Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I contacted them several days before my flight, but they ignored me until less than two days before my flight.
When they finally did get back to me, they said it was now less than 48 hours so they wouldn’t help.
When I pointed out that it was their fault it was less than 48 hours, they just repeated “it’s too late now, it’s too late now” over and over.
I’ve been looking into them since, and there are countless reviews saying the same thing.
Stay away. Just book through the airline. They provide nothing and if you’ve booked through them and need any help, you’re screwed.
