AVOID BOOKING THROUGH KIWI.COM
This is a no holds barred review of 1st hand experience dealing with Kiwi.com
In short - booked an easyjet flight in May 2022. I travelled half way on my journey and connecting flight was cancelled and myself and family left in Amsterdam by airline and Kiwi.com. No warning of cancellation, no help with what next to do, no email, message or contact and had to pay for overnight hotel and more flights back to the UK with no holiday only £1300 extra costs
Put a claim in to Easyjet and they gave a little back but dealing with KIWI for extra costs as the booking agent - well what can I say - WHAT A NIGHTMARE..!!
I am almost 5 months into trying to get some money back. They limit correspondence, their continuous excuse is - we have a backlog and are dealing. After 4 months I initiated a claim through my card issuer and this was like a golden get out for them. KIWI.com have now said recover from card issuer - but card issuer cannot as KIWI is 3rd party - what a mess
KIWI only communicate through message, no-one picks up phone which is now deleted from website. It is like dealing with a BOT and their responses are useless repetitive and unhelpful
Please - avoid booking through KIWI and lets hope they go bankrupt soon so other customers are protected
