My son booked his first trip through the airport which directed him to the kiwi website they advertised $278 for the flight forward three hours and they say they need another $213 to complete his processing because the carrier upped the price. Turns out Manchester airport had no idea that kiwi was even attached to them. It should have redirected us directly to the airline. there was never an up-in-price and American Airlines had the price cheaper for the flight. Now we are in the struggle to get over $300 back from them can’t get through to their customer service for over 24 hours. We have gotten the same message when calling they’re too busy to talk to us, and then you get disconnected
