DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING SITE. INSTEAD OF BEING CHEAPER, IT WILL BE TWICE THE AMOUNT OF OTHER BOOKING SITES! I booked a flight on Kiwi.com and got the confirmation email with a big green bottom indicating that: "You can change your trip up to 48 hours before the journey." Then I decided to change the departure time to a later hour the same day and got the confirmation of the change. A few days later, I log into my credit card website and discovered I've been charged twice for the same flight. I immediately called Kiwi.com to inform them of their mistake and their response was that when I did changes to my itinerary they created a new ticket not by mistake but by default. So, I was charged the full price of the original booking and the full price of a second booking to accommodate my changes in the itinerary all in less than 24 hours. Again, they pretended to justify that I can be charged twice for the same flight which is a complete scam!!! I don't know how they have been getting away with these fraudulent practices but I hope this review prevents other customers from becoming victims of their scams. Now is up to my credit card to fix this, which I trust they will but other people might not have that choice. Again: DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING SITE. INSTEAD OF BEING CHEAPER, IT WILL BE TWICE (or more) THE AMOUNT OF money OTHER BOOKING SITES MIGHT CHARGE!
