Absolutely pathetic. Never ever book. They take 3-4 months for a refund even if airline makes changes and refunds instantly, and even after taking so much time, they only do partial refunds, after receiving 100% refunds from the airline.
I myself spoken to the airline and even sent proofs/screenshots to kiwi showing that airline had refunded fully, but all fell to deaf ears as kiwi is so passionate about scamming customers.
