bought a ticket with kiwi for iberojet company. according to iberojet i had the option to change the date but i had to do it through the broker (kiwi.com) which is the normal practise. the problem is kiwi didn't want to contact the airline and manage the change because according TO THEIR POLICY THEY DON'T DO THAT. so even if you have that option kiwi won't do it and they try to sell you a new ticket. extremely abusive.
Lately as i posted public complaints they are telling me they might be able to fix it. still haven't.
