This company is a SCAM I booked my flights from LAX to Grand Rapids and I didnt get to get on any of my flights. First, because the flights were delayed. I missed ALL my flights because of the delays and KIWI's only solution was for me to wait an extra 24 hours? While Im alone and have no where to stay? I called and spoke to about 3 different people, all of which started laughing when all i did was try to get some help. So on top of losing out on $1800 +, The customer service was terrible and DISRESPECTFUL. And guess what? I got NO refund. At ALL. I didnt even make it to my vacation, out all that money, and feel violated and financially abused by this company and their staff. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. consider this a warning to all potential customers!! DO NOT BOOK HERE. you're better off booking directly with the airlines. They dont even deserve one star. They deserve the close down for good.
