If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. I bought a flight itinerary from Malaga, Spain, to Missoula, Montana, for August 31st. The itinerary involved 4 flights, and the final leg of the journey, from Chicago to Missoula, was cancelled by United Airlines. I was given 2 options from Kiwi.com, either I could use what I already paid as a credit and book a new itinerary where I would have to pay the difference, or I could receive an assisted refund for the $1263.67, I opted for the latter, and after a week and a half I received 180 dollars and was told that this would be all I would be refunded. Not only this, but less than two weeks after purchasing, I was informed that my father died of a heart attack. I relayed this information to Kiwi.com in order to receive a refund due to the death of an immediate family member, but still nothing. There was no reason for doing so either, just the simple "Sorry, it's not our policy to refund these fares". Under no circumstances should you book with Kiwi.com, my father died, and they didnt care. Take this as a warning.
