I made a booking from London to Sharm El Sheikh for my wife and I plus our 2 children. When I tried to check in on line I found that our youngest child has been booked as an infant and not a 2 year old child. I eventually managed to find a UK telephone line for Kiwi and proceeded to call, but found I was put through to a foreign call centre which had agents who were scripted and were not able to understand or help with my issue. After more than 8 calls to the call centre I was advised to wait whilst they investigated the matter. They returned to me by calling me at 06:55am, which I don't think is even legal and they proceeded to lie to me by telling me the airline had promised to resolve the issue at check in. I called the airline who dismissed this as a lie and said that if I turn up at the gate with a 2 year old child, without their own seat, they will be turned away. I have now found that the booking centre agent input the wrong date of birth for my son and I have made Kiwi aware of this, but no apology or promise to fix it. Again they have asked me to wait whilst their team investigates it. We fly in 5 days and at this stage I dont know what more I can do to resolve it other than paying for my sols flights again on each leg of the journey.
