I was robbed of $637.12 by Kiwi.com earlier this year. I had a 3 flight itinerary- 2 weeks before departure, one of the flights was delayed by several hours which made it impossible to make the connecting flight. Kiwi offered me alternative itineraries for an extra ~$300 charge! None of these worked for my timing so Kiwi.com customer service said to cancel, and I would be refunded, then to re-book.
Kiwi.com has ZERO partnership with the airlines and got me ZERO refund. Even though I cancelled 2 weeks before departure!
