Not only was my flight cancelled without adequate notice, but the subsequent handling of the situation has been nothing short of negligent. I urge you to rectify this situation immediately by processing the refund owed to me without further delay. Additionally, I strongly advise your company to review and improve its policies and procedures for handling flight cancellations to ensure that other customers do not experience similar frustration and inconvenience in the future. Furthermore, the customer service I encountered was less than satisfactory. When I reached out to address my concerns and inquire about a possible resolution, the response I received was slow and unhelpful. It seemed as though my issues were not taken seriously, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Overall, my experience with your company has been extremely disappointing. I had high hopes based on your reputation and marketing, but unfortunately, those expectations were not met. I regret having chosen your product/service and will not be recommending it to others.
