I had a bad experience with Kiwi. The review is not made because I didn't get what I wanted it's purley based on their service which was unacceptable. Without sympathy they start to give options for refund than solution. Staff need more training not to jump on protocols than acknowledging the problem and listen to customers. Sonia has given the worst service.
They confirmed booking and after that they are putting cancellation through. Even price hike. We had booked a group initially 2 booking done remaining two bookings the price gone up. I called them after speaking some they managed to book in. Received a confirmation, following day a received an email 4th booking can not be booked to apply for refund. Compensation of 150 euros will be given. I have received letter for the full refund but not yet for the small Compensation of 150 euros. Told them to refund it on the same account as we will be not using Kiwi anymore. It has affected my health due stress.
I would not never recommend Kiwi.
