I book a flight from Heraklion to Athens for 25 August 2024 at 08:30 with Sky-Scanner, the ticket was for my mother. I paid 220 euros. After some minutes, you send me an e-mail that you did not manage to book my flight and you will return the 220 euros in the next 10 days.
So, i am right now with 220 euros less than I had before and I have no flight. So I have to book a flight with only 50 euros right now (because in my account I had 270 euros). And my mother that has to come to Athens tomorrow for a medical urgent issue will not be able because of your system. WHY DID THEY NOT TELL ME BEFORE I BOOK THE FLIGHT THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK MY FLIGHT AND YOU LET ME PAY 220 EUROS???
Not only I will not use Kiwi ever again, but i will also see if the European Court can help me with this situation. I am left with 220 euros less and with no flight and my mother stuck at Heraklion with her health issue.
