Absolutely horrible experience! I tried to make a reservation, and twice the website crashed just after I entered my credit card details, throwing me back to the starting page—no OTP, nothing! I waited for 5-10 minutes, refreshing my inbox for a confirmation email. When nothing came through, I went ahead and booked directly on the airline’s website, which confirmed my booking instantly. Then, 20 minutes later, out of the blue, I get an email saying my bookings on Kiwi are confirmed! I reached out to support, thinking they’d understand that their technical issues caused this mess. And what did they do? The only thing they managed was to cancel one of the duplicate bookings on their own website. I still ended up with two reservations—one on Kiwi and one on the airline's website! They even had the nerve to blame me for the double booking, as if it’s somehow the customer's fault that their website crashed. No refund, no real help, just a mess of an experience. NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself the stress—always book directly with the airline!
