That’s just a scamming website. Please do not purchase tickets through this website, I’ve done it and then had to pay twice as much for the fees a the airport. Everyone told me there that this website is scamming people for years, I don’t know why it wasn’t obvious from the start. But for explanation I will describe my problem. I bought tickets from their website, but couldn’t log in to my check in account, since they were holding all the informations for that, I asked why they didn’t done it yet( It was 19 hours before my departure). They told me that the problem is with the airline (?) and they can’t do it, so I have to check in at the airport. Okay, I needed to do something, so I checked in there, but because there was a fee, I asked Kiwi if they will refund me for this, as it was their fault. They agreed, but few days later I got refused to get any money, claiming that it was my fault that they didn’t provide me anything to do the check in myself. Hope someone will take this into consideration and start digging about this company.
