Hello i made a booking with KIWI, i tried to cancel after coming across this review page. i was flooded with loads of proof from other people in our situation. Paid for service i cant even get through security with British airways , been told information i have is incorrect. I Paid to speak to them only to be transferred through to a call center in India they wont be able to assist me. Told due to saver ticket but i paid the maximum price , offered a one way trip when i entered information in correctly. Told i will need to arrive at a charter desk 3 hours early and not to bother checking in online . But this company has different information and been told by then i will need to reserve a seat by checking in online.
