Their customer support is a scam, don't use this company! Six (6) times I have written the same question to them but they just respond a standard answer and keep ignoring the facts of the case.
I reached out to one of their agent by phone, who also verified verbally AND confirmed in writing, that the action by me, to purchase new tickets were OK and according to the carriers policy, but they refuse to refund me.
Don't use this company!
