Despite reaching out well before my trip, I was met with broken links, unhelpful responses, and zero accountability. The airline informed me that Kiwi.com was the only one who could make the change, but Kiwi.com failed to provide proper support. Their lack of communication and broken processes left me feeling completely helpless. The stress of this situation caused me to have multiple panic attacks, severely impacting my mental and physical health. Instead of addressing my concerns, Kiwi.com made what should have been a straightforward process into something unnecessarily complicated and traumatic. This company’s lack of care for its customers is appalling. I wouldn’t recommend Kiwi.com to anyone I care about. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid them at all costs.
