After providing proof that at least one flight for our trip was canceled, they've become unresponsive. Airlines are providing refunds and/or vouchers due to the covid-19 pandemic, but kiwi.com is not giving customers the ability to manage their bookings. They are profiting off of the pandemic by keeping money owed to customers. They offered $15 CDN refund or $15 credit towards booking new flights. Abhorrent behaviour - don't ever book flights through them!! They take your money and pay carriers using an online credit card merchant and do not give them customer contact info. They give carriers an auto generated email address which means the customer cannot be reached at all. They claim to check reservations for you when you ask to be refunded for the flights and tell you the flights have not been impacted while the carrier website indicates flights have been canceled. Disgusting company! Stay away!!
