FLIGHT CANCELLED DURING COVID. KIWI SAID REFUND TAKES 3 MONTHS. BEEN 4 MONTHS, STILL NO REFUND.
GOT AN EMAIL FROM THEM SAYING THEY RECEIVED MY REFUND FROM AIRLINES, STILL HAVENT TRANSDERRED THE FUNDS TO ME.
CALLED THEM, EXPLAINED SITUATION, THEY SAID WILL WORK ON IT AND CALL ME BACK, NO ONES EVER REACHED OUT. SCAMMING PEOPLE DURING COVID, TERRIBLE. F*CK THEM, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
