I think it's the worst company when it comes to customer services. They misinform customers, lie in regards to refunds just so they will not make their jobs accordingly. Their website will give errors when you try to input check-in details and then they will advise you that the check-in in free at the airport and then you will pay a huge fee at the airport for check-in. And after that they will lie to you that a refund will be done in 3 months so that maybe you will forget about it. And after that of course they will make it look like is your fault and you will see no money back. Customer service is the worst and the website is rubbish. Do not use them as you will pay a lot more in the end for your trip.
