DO NOT USE KLOOK
I made a booking for Universal Studios Japan fast pass for two people. After I entered payment details and clicked pay, the website gave me an error and redirected me to the home page. I received no confirmation email. Then I made the booking again and this time the page crashed like last time and I was redirected to the home page, but this time I received my tickets. I checked my credit card statement, lo and behold, I have been charged twice.
I raised the issue with their customer support - which btw is chat only! you cannot speak to a human on the phone they took 3 days to review my case and rejected it! Why would anyone in their right mind book the same pass for the same date for the same two people twice? They took 460 dollars extra from me. NEVER USE KLOOK, just book directly.
