warning - don't use Klook. I prepaid 200 SGD for a rental car and when I picked up the car they didn't deduct the prepaid amount, so I lost 200 SGD thanks to booking with Klook. Klook customer service is non-existent, you won't be able to talk to a human there.

i thought I booked thru Trivago or Expedia and realized later that it was really Klook. Never heard of them. i need to cancel and cannot get hold of them. i did not book thru their ap, so now their ap does not have a record of my trip, nor do they ask for a confirmation #. the hotel says to contact expedia, who tells me to cancel on their app! BTW all numbers listed are invalid and all emails I have are no-reply addresses. anyhone have any valid contact information. i filed a dispute with my credit card. hope it works.

An absolutely fraudulent company. They repeatedly sent misinformation, expired my points, cost me money, and took zero responsibility for anything. They instead wasted hours of my time, lied to my face, and doubled down over and over and over on their fraud. I found nothing they say or do is reliable. Avoid at all costs.

Booked a day trip to Asahiyama Zoo, Biei and Ningle Terrace in Hokkaido in December 2024. We were informed to wait at JR Sapporo Station bus parking area. This place is like a small bus terminal. There was no specific pickup point instructed. When we reached there were many tour groups assemblying everywhere and we were not sure which one was our group. I whatsapp a picture of the exact point where we were to the tour guide. She informed us to wait. The bus came late and we were worried that we'd missed the bus. It was so chaotic and stressful. We were informed to arrived 15 mins early and the bus was about 15 mins late, so we ended up standing 30 mins in the cold. Finally the tour guide called us to walk out to the main road to board the bus. Not sure why the bus didn't drive into the bus park as I could see other tour groups boarding their buses within the bus park. Luckily my phone had a connection, else I would have missed the bus as it was stopped along the main road and did not enter the bus park, contrary to their earlier instruction. It was a small 18 seater bus which had picked up others at an earlier pickup point and was almost full with 3 empty seats left. My family of 4 including a child were split and separately seated on the bus. As for me, I was asked to occupy the front seat beside the driver. I had to climb in and out of that seat throughout the rest of the day as there was no passenger side door for the small shuttle bus. Not even an apology was offered by the guide. What a shame. Gave feedback to Klook and no response from them as expected. Regretted booking this trip!

I bought an ESIM through Klook when I went to Korea in December 2024. The ESIM did not work at all and Klook told me to contact the company through LINE if I had any problems using the ESIM. However, the company did not speak English but Chinese. I tried to communicate in English through LINE but they did not respond. In conclusion, the ESIM was unusable and there was no refund. I contacted Klook and submitted all the supporting documents but they did not take any action. Please keep in mind that if you buy an ESIM through Klook, you can lose the money!!!!

Klook is a complete scam! They take advantage of people who make honest mistakes while booking. I accidentally booked the wrong hotel, and before I even had a chance to review the details or correct it, the booking was instantly confirmed. There’s no window to cancel or request a refund, which is absurd and clearly a strategy to trap users. Mistakes happen—it's human nature—but Klook offers no flexibility or consideration. They are exploiting people's hard-earned money with this predatory system. It's unethical and unfair. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform unless you want to risk losing your money over a minor error. Shame on you, Klook.

Klook and the airport transport don’t care at all for our changement flight, so we paid Klook for Nothing. As Airport transport you should know about the trouble flight & must understood our problems as passengers. You do this business with no goodwill at all. On that time, We straightly let you knew what happened & also had gave the communication video with Batiks’s officers and explaining the situations & the flight schedule changed, but KLook & the operator Airport Transport really not helping & do nothing to reschedule our pick up arrangements instead just took our money to book this service. As passengers we truly really deeply disappointed with this service & Klook!!! We also have give the Batik’s Hotline Customer Service To reconfirmed our situations & once again Klook & Airport transport DON’T Care!!!!! You PAY FOR NOTHING Here! Just Beware!!! YOU MUST RE THINK OVER WHEN YOU WANT TO ORDER THE AIRPORT TRANSPORT !!! After we arrived finally we must took another vehicle, then you just know the price 50% CHEAPER, so I cancel my NEXt OTHeR booking airport transport here! THANK YOU KLOOK, you really GAVE Good & Worthy Experience 😐

Took my money for doing nothing My flight was delayed. I spent an hour trying to find some way to reschedule my car rental booking. There is literally no way to contact Klook to cancel/reschedule. Help/Support was a front and not real. Even though, I couldn't cancel/change the booking and didn't use the voucher, they refused to offer a voucher for future use or refund. So they just kept my money for doing nothing! Just like their site is designed to make it impossible to manage a booking, their support will deliberately impede you by asking for irrelevant information or information you have already given in hopes that you will just give up. Absolutely horrible experience. Do not use.

Major disappointment with klook. We paid for a klook pass valid for 1 month for 3+1 activities in Langkawi. To our dismay, we were not given the choices that were suppossedly in the list when we read before the purchase. Upon purchasing, we realised a few things: 1. Adventure had to be the 1st activity to be booked before any other activity. 2. We were not given the full choice of activities in the Adventure package. 3. When we tried to book for Splashout, again it was not in the list when it was stated as 1 of it prior to payment. 4. Top of the list disappointment was not being able to book for Dream Forest, stating there was no available slot for all the 3 days given in the option! When there were plenty tickets available on site! We ended up paying for our tickets as it was our last night. And when contacted via the chat (which took forever for a response) for refunds, we were easily declined just like that! To top it all, asking for help was impossible! It took at least 3 hours for us to be connected to an agent! Ridiculous! How are we supposed to clarify before and after our purchase?

Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer support. There's no phone number or email address to contact them on, just a chat which is always busy but even worse they never discuss any options or try to fix the issue! The first time you go to the chat to ask for help you're not far from the top of the queue and get responded within 5 minutes. You then tell them the issue about the booking and they ask for 3-5 minutes to look into it. When you check back in the chat they provide an answer that doesn't resolve the issue and close the chat without providing any opportunity to discuss further. Then when you try to chat again you don't get a queue number at all, you get a message "You're in the queue, but it's a long queue. Please wait while we connect you." We've wasted a few hundred dollars on a booking for Korea that has problems with it caused by Klook's issues with Lotte World. Klook doesn't want to resolve the issue at all! Beware of this company because if there's any issues they will not provide any way to resolve it!

I bought a double pass card - with emphasis on double(!) - which includes several attractions in Tokyo. When we asked to reserve entry dates to our selected sites, the company's website did schedule a double entry for us, except for one site where the site booked us only one entry, without advance notice that it was not possible to book a double entry at this attraction. So it turned out that each of us signed up for a different time. We immediately went to customer service and explained what happened, and asked to enter as a couple at that time - after all, what's the point of me buying a double ticket if we can't enter as a couple at the same time on the same ticket?? The company claimed that as part of a strict policy, it is not possible to cancel or change and our pleas and explanations that the mistake was entirely the company's and that we were not given any advance notice of what was going to happen in a moment did not help... the money was gone. Think twice before purchasing a pass through them.

Located in Hong Kong. Searched Disneyland and came up “Tokyo Disneyland” bought it wrongly. Not able to change Hong Kong one and no refund. Bad response from customer service that waited 90 min.

Klook is a SCAM. DO NOT USE. They take your money and don’t pay for the hotel room. Unreliable and untrustworthy. They did not pay the hotel despite charging me the full amount long before the trip. It was our honeymoon. Took off the day after from LAX to Tokyo - wanted to stay at the Disneyland Hotel in Tokyo. Got there - said a deposit was paid, 30,000 yen, ($200 USD deposit), and we were responsible for the rest - 362,000 yen despite giving them $5,800 when we booked and already paid for it. I am now sitting in the hotel lobby in another country without a hotel room because Klook took our money and never paid for the room. Then they tried to blame the credit card company when it was a direct transfer from our bank via PayPal. Then they offered to refund 1/3 of the price to us. Spend 45 minutes emailing the “liaison” and then another 30 on the phone with customer service who told me they couldn’t issue a refund because the reservation was “confirmed.” Then they asked me to pay for the room and they would have a manager review the case for a refund. Do not trust them with your money. What a joke. They are a SCAM - stay far far away.

Booked car hire in the UK - London Gatwick. The company wanted a deposit of $3,000 as security, providing a credit card was insufficient. Also, it would take approx 28 days after the hire for it to be reimbursed. To side step this they offered full insurance etc for around $600 Aus - that was just under what we paid for the car. Luckily we had the cash for the deposit but there were many other very unhappy customers. Additionally, don't be fooled by a VW Polo or equivalent, the equivalent is sub standard. Never again. Customer service was good as they use other hire companies.

DO NOT USE KLOOK I made a booking for Universal Studios Japan fast pass for two people. After I entered payment details and clicked pay, the website gave me an error and redirected me to the home page. I received no confirmation email. Then I made the booking again and this time the page crashed like last time and I was redirected to the home page, but this time I received my tickets. I checked my credit card statement, lo and behold, I have been charged twice. I raised the issue with their customer support - which btw is chat only! you cannot speak to a human on the phone they took 3 days to review my case and rejected it! Why would anyone in their right mind book the same pass for the same date for the same two people twice? They took 460 dollars extra from me. NEVER USE KLOOK, just book directly.

In brief, they charge you, give you an illusion then drain your energy with their customer support, and finally they don’t give u what u booked and refuse to refund. I booked an excursion package with them that included hotel pick up and drop off. Received no notifications of the timings of my pick up or when to be ready. I contacted their useless customer support many times and they keep telling me that I will receive it. Upon the time of the actual attraction starting time I contacted to inform them that no driver showed and no notification received yet. So I needed to cancel and refund as they didn’t deliver their promise. Instead of taking the responsibility they told me to offer proofs that I wasn’t notified ( which I offered ) , an hour later the hotel reception calls to inform me there is a driver waiting for me ( two hours after that attraction started, I refused to go as I already requested a cancellation and a refund, and such was updated to their customer support which was extremely unprofessional. Then , two days after I receive their feedback of rejecting to refund and compensate me stating I was notified of the time and refused to go, which is just a complete lie. Never trust that company as your money will be gone literally.
