I bought an ESIM through Klook when I went to Korea in December 2024. The ESIM did not work at all and Klook told me to contact the company through LINE if I had any problems using the ESIM.
However, the company did not speak English but Chinese. I tried to communicate in English through LINE but they did not respond. In conclusion, the ESIM was unusable and there was no refund. I contacted Klook and submitted all the supporting documents but they did not take any action.
Please keep in mind that if you buy an ESIM through Klook, you can lose the money!!!!
