I was planning to make purchase, enter to use rewards…unable to complete purchase….emailed knix… didn’t hear back…today was going to make purchase was told couldn’t use rewards they because I didn’t complete my purchase earlier….lost $20 rewards….told too bad ….just lost me as a customer
