“I just bought 6 bras and the front zip catalyst sports bra. The Sports Bra is like 3 sizes too small - completely impossible to wear. Ordered a pai of HiTouch Leggins - again way too small and feel like a Rubber Tube - impossible to wear. The other 5 bras are a very bad fit and not comfortable or supportive at all. I have bought other items from other company's over the Internet - NO PROBLEMS. I now understand that KNIX forges all of their reviews!”
“I made a large purchase order. One of the bras did not fit correctly and I exchanged it. That one did not fit as well. I tried to return it, but the website will not allow you to exchange or return and item that has been already been exchanged. I contact the company by email and they said they would get back to me. They never did. I have tried the virtual chat several times and it always says that no one is available to help. I am stuck with a $65 bra that does not fit and a comp that will not help.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with Knox underwear. These are the most expensive underwear I have ever purchased, yet they have lasted the least amount of time. All of the seams on my underwear have fallen apart, despite washing them carefully according to the label's instructions. The seams are held together with an awful glue that simply doesn’t hold up, which is unacceptable given the high price point. I had enough pairs to get me through a full cycle, wearing at least two pairs a day (with proper ones for night as well), so each pair was only worn about once a month. Despite this minimal use, they did not hold up. For the price, I expected much better durability and quality. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from Knox again.”
“Horrible, horrible Customer Service. On their website, the Live Chat button only gives you an AI assistant. And it's one of the dumbest AI's you'll ever deal with - incapable of understanding the simplest sentence. If you insist on a Live Agent, it will tell you none is available and promise they'll email ASAP. It gets you off their chatline, but the thing is NO EMAIL ANSWER WILL EVER COME! They sure must be saving losts of money by not paying any customer service personnel, but they are not passing the savings on to customers. Their prices are still sky high.”
“Absolutely HORRIBLE. I purchased a slip and a scoop neck tank.. It crushed my breasts and was sort of ok in the middle but insufficient. The biggest hangup was that the bottom of the slip rose up to my hip level and formed a bulge noticeable under my lovely dress. Had to remove the dang thing at the event.
Embarrassing and huge waste of $$$. The scoop neck tank was also a disappointment.”
“Poor communication of return policy in store. I was a first time buyer, in store, during a Black Friday sale. I was told I could return my nighties until January 31, as long as they were unworn with tags still on. One week later I returned them only to he told that it would be a store credit only. Had. I known this was the policy, I would not have purchased them. When I was told I could return them, I assumed I would get my money back. Nothing is listed in the store. They use paperless billing, so did not have anything to reference. Beware of purchasing anything on sale! Now Knix has my money. I found this very deceptive on sales person’s part. I should have been told up front. Not a fan of deceptive sales practices and will only go back to Knix to use my credit, one day…”
“I placed an order with Knix to get something for my daughter. After reaching out to her I found they did not have her size and wanted to cancel all within a 30 minute time span.
The issue I have is they have no live customer service for online orders at all!!!
You get told a live agent will email you. So far nothing. There is absolutely no way to cancel or even fix a problem of you have one through this company.
There is no way I would recommend this company. This fails in customer service and the integrity to try and make things right.
No one wants to deal strictly with an AI bot that may or may not get them the message.”

“First of all, when I ordered , return policy said that I can return if unworn and packed up, but apparently for underwear it is not. So I returned for store credit, lost money on "processing fees" and other fees, ordered a top, and returned that for money back losing $25 on all the fees and non refundable shipping. Don't be filled by free returns policy, you will be paying.”

“I would have given a zero star if I could. Ordered one of their bras yesterday and found out today they had added a wrong email address after I didn't receive an email and payment was taken out. “Not a comfortable bra. Too tight despite careful measurements, but I hung in there nonetheless as they say the bra molds to your shape. The tshirt style I ordered has seams at the shoulder, quite uncomfortable, cutting into the flesh. Mostly it just acts like a shelf bra, forcing my breasts in to an uncomfortable lump in the middle, with sweaty cleavage. Now after having been washed (the bra) my breasts are rolling out the top of the bra when I bend down. From tight to no containment. Not happy. Double unhappy, as I ordered two online for the free shipping.”
“Firstly, they don't come nearly close enough to call themselves 'protection'. I use a cup during my period and still have bleed through....
Secondly, the seamless appeal is quickly dissolved like the glue they use to hold together seams! Every single pair of underwear I've purchased has dissolved seams leaving them absolutely useless unless you like wearing the waistband up under your boobs, and the rest falling below your belly...
Would never waste my money on them again!!!!
Not to mention the leg seams that gave out months before the waste seams did”
