I have ordered from Knix in the past and had no problem exchanging an item if the fit was not correct. I recently ordered two bras online which, admittedly, were on sale. I used the sizing recommendation; however, one bra fit perfectly and the second bra was at least one size too large. I contacted the company simply for an exchange; however, they were adamant it was a "final sale". I understand this but I was not looking for a monetary return; I merely wanted to exchange for a bra that would fit. I now own a Knix bra that is too large for me, will never be worn and will be donated. Knix has lost my business.
