They’ve made a mistake when creating a coupon which led to a price error, but the way the management has handled this situation is beyond poor. As you may have expected, the KNIXPR100 code that you used was fraudulently posted on various channels for use by the general public without our company’s consent. Shortly, you will be receiving a notification that your order using the KNIXPR100 Code has been canceled and the shipping amount you paid will be fully refunded. While you certainly can’t blame someone for trying (who doesn’t love free stuff!), if you see something like this again (for any business), before using a code that you know or suspect is fraudulent, please consider letting the business know. If it’s fraudulent they will likely send you a thank you and you can feel good about doing the right thing. I am grateful to our caring customers who brought this to our attention.
